CraftTeck Inc. ("Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in the services provided by the Company ("Service").
1. User Information Collected and Collection Methods
In this Policy, "User Information" means information related to the identification of Users, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with Users or their devices (smartphones, PCs, etc.) that is collected by the Company based on this Policy.
The User Information collected by the Company in the Service includes the following, depending on the collection method:

When Users authorize integration with external services such as social networking services in connection with the use of the Service, the following information is collected from such external services based on the content consented to at the time of authorization:

2. Purpose of Use
2-1 User Information is used for the provision of the Service as set forth in Section 2-2, and may also be used for other purposes as set forth in Section 2-3.
2-2 The specific purposes of use of User Information related to the provision of the Service are as follows:
(1) For the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of the Service, including acceptance of registration, identity verification, and calculation of usage fees;
(2) For responding to inquiries and guidance regarding the Service;
(3) For responding to violations of the Company's terms, policies, etc. ("Terms, etc.") regarding the Service;

3. Methods of Notification, Publication, Consent, and Requests to Stop Use
3-1 For the following User Information, the User's consent shall be obtained prior to collection:
(1) Device information

3-2 Users may request the cessation of use of all or part of their User Information by configuring the prescribed settings of the Service, in which case the Company shall promptly cease such use in accordance with its procedures. Note that for certain items of User Information, as their collection or use is a prerequisite for the Service, the Company shall only cease collection upon the User's withdrawal from the Service through the Company's prescribed method.
4. External Transmission, Third-Party Provision, and Data Collection Modules
The following data collection modules are incorporated into the Service for the delivery of targeted advertising using User Information. Accordingly, User Information is provided to the data collection module providers as follows:

5. Third-Party Provision
The Company shall not provide personal information among User Information to any third party without the prior consent of the User, except where disclosure is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. However, this shall not apply in the following cases:
(1) When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use;
(2) When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons;
(3) When personal information is provided to data collection module providers in accordance with Section 4;
(4) When cooperation is necessary for a national or local government agency, or a person entrusted thereby, to perform duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the User's consent may impede the performance of such duties;
(5) Other cases permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
When the Company receives a request from a User for disclosure of personal information based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company shall, after confirming that the request is from the User in question, disclose the information to the User without delay (if such personal information does not exist, the Company shall notify the User accordingly). However, this shall not apply where the Company is not obligated to disclose under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
7-1 When the Company receives a request from a User:
(1) for correction of the content of personal information on the grounds that it is not true, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; or
(2) for cessation of use on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the previously published purpose of use, or that it was collected by deception or other improper means, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information;
the Company shall, after confirming that the request is from the User in question, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, correct the content of or cease the use of the personal information and notify the User accordingly. If the Company decides not to make corrections or cease use based on reasonable grounds, the Company shall notify the User accordingly.
7-2 When the Company receives a request from a User for deletion of their personal information and determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, the Company shall, after confirming that the request is from the User in question, delete the personal information and notify the User accordingly.
7-3 The preceding two paragraphs shall not apply where the Company is not obligated to make corrections or cease use under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.

9. Procedures for Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company shall review the operational status of the handling of User Information as appropriate and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this Policy as necessary.
In the event of changes, Users shall be notified on the Service's website. However, for changes that require User consent under applicable laws, the Company shall obtain User consent through its prescribed method.
